【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofgroundpowerequipment,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandservicecompanies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:-groundpowerunitseitherself-propelledortowable(ExamplesseeAnnexA);-groundpowerequipmentwhenmountedonotherGSE;-groundpoweraccessoriesintendedforgroundpowerequipment(includingaccessoriesforfixedequipment).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:-theelectricalcharacteristicsofthesupply,thetypeofpowersupplysystemandrelatedmeasuresagainstcontact;-anyelectricalsupplysystemnotintendedforaircraftuse;-theon-boardelectricalsystemoftheaircraft.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletogroundpowerequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
