【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodisintendedtodifferentiatesolidelectricalinsulatingmaterialswithrespecttotheirresistancetotheactionofelectricarcsproducedbyconductionthroughsurfacefilmsofaspecifiedcontaminantcontainingmoisture.TestMethodsD2302andD2303mayalsobeusedtoevaluatematerials.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsarethestandard,exceptincaseswhereSIunitsaremoreappropriate.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificprecautionarystatementsaregivenin11.4.Note18212;ThereisnoequivalentISOstandard.
