【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesignallingprotocolforthesupportoftheRouteRestrictionClass(RRC)additionalnetworkfeature(ANF-RRC)attheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedServicesNetworkExchanges(PINXs)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).ANF-RRCisafeaturewhichappliesintheestablishmentphaseofacall,allowingthatcalltoaccessfacilitiesthatarewithinanallowablerestrictionrange.TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11379-1.ServicespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesandaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinCCITTRecommendationⅠ.130.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinISO/IEC13242.ThesignallingprotocolforANF-RRCoperatesontopofthesignallingprotocolforbasiccircuitswitchedcallcontrol,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,andusescertainaspectsofthegenericproceduresforthecontrolofsupplementaryservicesspecifiedinISO/IEC11582.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesadditionalsignallingprotocolrequirementsforthesupportofinteractionsattheQreferencepointbetweenANF-RRCandothersupplementaryservicesandANFs.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichcaninterconnecttoformaPISN.
